Assumed dimensions: Ø40 mm pipes, Ø34 mm bore and 22 mm socket depth; the one-piece part stands on one end for printing. Dimensions: 90 × 50 × 120 mm. Printing tips: Print in the orientation provided, on the lower opening, with a 5 to 8 mm brim. PETG recommended for a prototype, 0.2 mm layers, 5 to 6 perimeters and 50 to 100% infill. Add supports under the side branch and under the arch of its horizontal bore; soluble supports make internal cleaning easier. Check they are fully removed and do a dry fit. PETG cannot be bonded like PVC with standard PVC cement.
