AI 3D Studio and on-demand 3D printing service — impression.timelapse-3d.com, published by Timelapse 3D (see our legal notice).
These terms of use ("CGU") govern access to and use of the Timelapse 3D AI 3D Studio: generation of parametric 3D models from a description or photos, export of files (STL / 3MF), and, where applicable, placing a manufacturing order (3D printing, laser engraving, UV printing) in our workshop in the Var. Using the site constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these terms of use.
Generating a model requires creating an account (confirmed email address, or sign-in via a Google account) and accepting these terms of use. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from your account. You must be at least 15 years old, or have the consent of a legal representative, to create an account.
An account is strictly personal. Creating several accounts for the same person to bypass a service limit, in particular to claim the welcome credits more than once (article 3), is prohibited (see article 7).
A number of credits are offered free of charge when you confirm your email, allowing you to try the service without payment. This bonus is limited to one per person (see article 2): it may be refused or withdrawn, without notice, from any account identified as a duplicate of an account that has already received the offer.
Additional credit packs are available for purchase in the Studio. Quantities and prices (tax included) are shown before any order is confirmed. Payment is processed by our provider Stripe; Timelapse 3D does not store any bank details.
Credits are consumed when a generation is launched, whether or not you are satisfied with the result, except in the event of a confirmed technical failure of the service (in which case no credit is charged — see Article 5). Purchased credits have no expiry date but are neither refundable nor exchangeable for money, except as otherwise required by law.
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not provided on a physical medium (credits, generated models) whose performance has begun after your express consent and your waiver of this right, obtained prior to any purchase of credits.
The Studio relies on an artificial intelligence model to interpret your description or photos and produce a parametric 3D model. You can then adjust the dimensions, refine the result and export it as STL or 3MF.
The generated model is an automated proposal: it may require adjustments before manufacturing. Timelapse 3D does not guarantee that a generated model is free of errors or perfectly suited to any particular use.
You warrant that you hold the necessary rights to the photos and descriptions you submit, and you agree not to submit any unlawful content, content infringing a third party's rights, or content inconsistent with the intended use of the service (see Article 7).
Generated files can be downloaded freely to be printed wherever you wish, or ordered for manufacturing directly from our workshop (3D printing, laser engraving or UV printing depending on the part). A manufacturing order is subject to a quote shown before payment (material, finish, quantity, lead time).
If a generation fails due to our service (outage, technical error), no credit is charged and you may restart a generation at no additional cost.
You remain the owner of the 3D files generated from your description or photos and may use them freely. The site, its interface, its code and its trademark remain the property of Timelapse 3D.
It is forbidden to use the Studio to generate or have manufactured: weapon parts or their functional components, unlawful content, content protected by third-party rights without authorisation, or content infringing on a person's dignity. Timelapse 3D reserves the right to suspend any account used in breach of these rules, without refunding credits consumed for that purpose. It is also prohibited to create several accounts for the same person in order to claim the welcome credits more than once or to bypass any other limit of the service (see article 2).
Timelapse 3D takes reasonable measures to ensure the availability and security of the service, without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation. It is your responsibility to check that a generated model is suitable for the intended use and manufacturing method before any printing, particularly for safety-critical parts.

Timelapse 3D may update these terms of use, in particular to reflect changes to the service or to applicable regulations. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you use the service.
These terms of use are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought in the first instance by contacting contact@timelapse-3d.com; failing that, the courts of Draguignan shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory legal provisions applicable to consumers.
