The letters engraved on the side of each handle have been corrected to “ENAO”. The two cutters, their dimensions, cutting edges and ribs remain unchanged. Dimensions: 75 × 48 × 12 mm. Printing tips: Print in the supplied orientation: flanges flat and cutting edges facing upwards, without supports. Rigid PLA recommended, 0,4 mm nozzle, 0,12 to 0,15 mm layers, 3 perimeters and 100 % infill. Carefully remove stringing and burrs without rounding the edges. To use, turn the tools over and start with dough 2,5 to 3 mm thick; when fully pressed down, the ribs leave approximately 1,5 mm of dough beneath the grooves. Do not put the tools in the oven.
