Since only the outer envelope is known, the face radius and the clip dimensions are proposed as adjustable assumptions; a small central flat lets the face rest on the build plate. Use thin supports only under the domed rim, whose overhang exceeds 45°; the hook ramps are at 45°. ASA or ABS in an enclosed printer, 0.4 mm nozzle, 0.12 to 0.16 mm layers, 4 perimeters and 100% infill. Favour good layer adhesion for the clips. Tough resin is also suitable, cured according to the manufacturer's recommendations. Deburr the ramps and do the first fitting without forcing.
