Technical parts

Technical and spare parts in 3D printing

A broken attachment, a case not found, a custom-made support: 3D printing produces functional parts individually, without mold or minimum of series. Everything is played on three choices: the right material, accurate dimensions and a printing orientation adapted to the efforts.

Starting from a file, description or scan

  • You have a STL or 3MF file: import it and order online ( online 3D printing).
  • You know how to describe the room: the Studio generates a model from a rated description (text in 3D) or an adjustable parametric model.
  • You have the piece, even broken We the Scan in 3D to the nearest tenth of a millimeter, and then we reproduce it.

Odds, games and drilling

In the Studio, the dimensions are adjusted to the millimeter and the Drill tool adds the fixing holes. The guide tolerances and adjustments gives the game values to be expected.

Frequently asked questions

Is a printed piece strong enough?

Yes for most uses, if the material and filling are suitable for the efforts. For a working part, choose a solid filling.

Can you reproduce a piece without a plan?

Yes: we scan it in 3D and then print it, with improvements if needed.

Do you make small series?

Yes, with degressive rates for identical parts.
