One-piece parametric reconstruction measuring 195 × 97.5 × 70 mm, with two conical holders of 84.4 mm maximum diameter, closed bottoms and a perimeter lip. Four flexible arms, four side clips and two end lugs are built in for printing in ASA. Without drawings or measurements of the OEM fixings, their placement is an assumption to be checked on the console before fitting. Dimensions: 195 × 98 × 70 mm. Printing tips: Print in the orientation provided: bottoms on the build plate at z=0, openings facing up. ASA in an enclosed printer with suitable fume extraction, 0.20 mm layers, 0.4 mm nozzle, 4 to 5 perimeters and 30 to 40% infill. Add an 8 to 12 mm adhesion brim and external supports under the skirt, the lugs and the lip overhangs; avoid supports inside the holders and in the small gaps of the blades. Remove the supports carefully without bending the clips. Validate the fixings on a test section before the full print, then do a dry fit without forcing.
